1 1/2 cups (180g) raw macadamia nuts
1 cup water
Pinch sea salt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 vanilla bean
6 cups mixed, fresh berries of choice
Place the nuts, water, sea salt, and maple syrup into a high - speed blender. Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Add the seeds to the blender.
Blend the mixture on high for at least 4 minutes and up to 6. Stop twice during b lending to scrape the blender down, ensuring that the mixture blends evenly and thoroughly. Stop when you have a very creamy, smooth, and thick yet pourable mixture.
Divide the fresh berries into small serving bowls. Top each with a generous spoonful of t he vanilla bean and macadamia nut cream. Enjoy.
The vanilla bean and macadamia nut cream can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
