Wild macadamia porridge

Ingredients

½ cup raw macadamia nuts (not soaked)
½ cup macadamia milk
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
pinch cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup raw macadamia nuts (not soaked)
½ pear or apple (cored)
pinch salt
1 tbsp sprouted wild rice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse apple or pear to desired consistency. Transfer to a small Bowl.

  2. Pulse macadamia nuts until crumbly. Transfer to bowl.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and adjust to desired sweetness. Top with fresh coconut, bee pollen, or other fruit.
