Ingredients

Smoothie
3 cups of frozen mango
½ cup plain yoghurt
½ - ¾ cup macadamia milk
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon rose water
5 saffron threads (optional)

Optional toppings
macadamias
granola
fresh mango
coconut
mint
chia seeds
rose petals
agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, creamy and lump free.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
