Ingredients
1 tbsp macadamia butter
½ tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
⅓ cup macadamia milk
½ cup strongly brewed coffee or 2 espresso shots, cooled
Instructions

Combine the macadamia butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Slowly whisk in the milk in small increments to avoid lumps. Whisk until fully smooth and lump free.

Pour this mixture into a small french press. Pump the plunger up and down about 20 times or until the mixture has doubled in volume. You can also use an electric whisk frother, and froth until the mixture has doubled in volume, about 1 minute.

Fill a glass to the top with ice and add the coffee. Slowly pour the macadamia foam over the ice.
