Keto macadamia granola bars


1 cup almond flour
2½ tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons ground flax meal
2½ tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts
2½ tablespoons dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons powdered monkfruit/erythritol sweetener
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons butter
1½ tablespoons sugar free maple syrup


  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, coconut, macadamia nuts, dark chocolate chips, sweetener, cinnamon and salt.

  2. Melt butter and pour over dry mixture. Drizzle in maple syrup.

  3. Stir well until the dough is mixed well.

  4. Press into the bottom of a wax or parchment paper lined loaf pan. Flatten with hands and ensure even.

  5. Refrigerate for three hours or overnight then slice into six bars or eight squares.
