Macadamia pina colada


1 cup macadamia milk
½ cup coconut milk
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoon palm sugar
½ cup Malibu rum
1 cup ice crushed
crushed ice extra to serve


  1. Place all ingredients in a drink blender, except for extra ice to serve and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a cocktail glass over the extra crushed ice. Serve immediately.
