Macadamia and tamari salad dressing

Macadamia and tamari salad dressing


¼ cup macadamia nut butter
2 teaspoon tamari
¼ teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons macadamia oil
1 tablespoon ginger grated
1 tablespoon palm sugar grated
½ lime juice – or to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.

  2. Adjust seasoning to your taste, adding more lime juice, tamari, or palm sugar if necessary.

  3. Serve tossed through any salad.
